PRINCIPAL, ARCHITECTURAL STUDIO
Paul Lisi has been with Antinozzi Associates for almost 25 years and became a Principal of the firm in 2008. He received his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the New York Institute of Technology and an Associate’s Degree in Architecture from Norwalk State Technical College. Paul is a licensed architect and Building Official in the State of Connecticut.
With his extensive communication and technical skills, Paul has managed many of the firm’s on-call client projects, as well as several of the firm’s larger publicly commissioned K-12 school facility projects over the past two decades. Along with being named a Principal in 2008, he also became Director of Architectural Studio. Of his many job functions, Paul is responsible for ensuring the coordination and communication of the architectural, interior design and production staff, consulting engineers, specialty consultants, and the firm’s project managers to keep projects within budget and on schedule.
Paul oversees the firm’s code compliance review process. In 2006, Paul became certified as a Licensed Building Official by the Connecticut Department of Public Safety. Since this achievement, Paul regularly attends educational seminars with local and State regulatory officials, and is involved with all of the firm’s projects to address issues relating to State Building and Fire Code compliance. In his community, Paul is also a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the AIA/CT Building Performance & Regulation Committee, International Code Council (ICC), and the Town of Monroe Planning and Zoning Commission.
