| Antinozzi Associates staff members are encouraged to become involved, and utilize, the firm's in-house Professional Development Program. This program provides staff the opportunities to expand their knowledge of architecture, interior design and professional practice, allowing Antinozzi Associates to maintain its leadership in the design profession. |

| Attendance at in-house lunch-and-learns and/or outside educational events is typical and is usually through the sponsorship of AIA, Construction Institute, SMPS or other notable organizations, manufacturers and/or vendors. In addition, it is highly encouraged that staff members of Antinozzi Associates are involved in the firm's and employee's local/regional community efforts. One of the best ways to accumulate communication and leadership experience is through participation in local or regional boards, committees, commissions, non-profit organizations, and even as appointed and/or elected officials. Professional Development in the firm is heavily supported by the firm's Principals, and they all lead in these efforts by example. |

For the last six years, Antinozzi Associates has participated in the Greater Bridgeport Chapter of ACE
(Architecture, Construction, and Engineering) Mentor Program of Connecticut. The mission of this nationally-based
program is to enlighten and increase the awareness of high school students, especially woman and minority students
to the career opportunities in architecture, construction and engineering, as well as related areas of the design and
construction industry through "group mentoring". The state chapter provides scholarship opportunities for students
in an inclusive manner - reflective of the diverse school population.
At Antinozzi Associates, employees volunteer their time with other industry professionals to mentor high school students through hands-on participation in a mock design project. The project meetings take place throughout the school-year and culminate with a Final Presentation of the project. This is an opportunity for the students to prepare what they have learned in design and construction and present it to their parents, peers, school faculty and local education officials. Based on this experience, it is the hope that these students stay interested in the ACE fields and return to the area after graduating from college, providing a much-needed boost of new talent. |
